Too Short! (5/5)

Game is extremely fun but 60 levels are way too short! Please, make a version 2 or add more levels! - Jstelar

I like it a lot (5/5)

This game rocks!!!! I am having a lot of fun playing it. I highly recommend it. - Herrmanater

Really good (5/5)

I’ve been playing and finished the game just now and I’m so proud of what valve was able to do. I completed every level. Including the so called “impossible” level and I thought of something. At the end you should be allowed to make your own levels and put them online. A multiplayer online battle would be good as well. Valve should add more then just the basic 60 levels, but as little sandboxes where you can create . They should also add more “blocks”. I mean that we should have chains, boulders, just stuff to try out and some cool aperture science stuff. A Glados boss fight could also be good. You have to go build a track to defeat glados. Anyways this game is the best bridge builder game I have played. Not by its graphics but as how there’s more than just “oh you must use road and steel and make patterns” no no no. It really makes you plan out what you have to do unlike others. I rate this the best puzzle game I’ve ever played.but I do feel that it needs more matierials to use. Like joints or something.and I believe if you add what I put on here you can help expand this then just a little game. This game is one of the best games I’ve played ever and this is so cool. I recommend this to anyone who loves puzzles and physics. - voodookiller

Excellent (5/5)

Love the game but will there be more levels? - Cilr36

Portal sensibilities (5/5)

It’s great so far. Not much more to go off of - ShowyT

Enjoyable pastime (4/5)

A relaxing trip back to Aperture-world. - editor dennis

Worth every penny (5/5)

I’ve played both versions of Portal and love their repeat playability. This game is no different. It has the whimsy, humor and brain frying challenges of the original Portal game, but now with bridge building and structural engineering. I love the “test” mode and how weak areas are highlighted in red and I love the spectacular crashes and crumbling of structures that don’t hold up. Sound effects are super cool and the explosions are very realistic. This is a fun game. Buy it...there’s a piece of cake in it for you. 😎 - Barletto from Fastland

Fresh take on a classic game style (5/5)

Bridge construction games are classic, but by combining this one with the Portal world, there is so much more fun complexity to gameplay and such a great sense of humor. - Masterpiecelost

Refreshing (5/5)

Totally glad I purchased. Superb. - Hewhosenameneednotbespoken

It’s not Half-Life 3, so I hate it. (5/5)

Just kidding, great game. - Ratiphi

Very enjoyable (5/5)

I really enjoy the humor of this game. It works great on iOS. Lots of fun. - fahfard

Detection problem (4/5)

When ever I hold on the dot it always moves up so I have to bring it down that is the only problem I have with it but besides that It is a great game with great humor and references - Chaos3079

GREAT!! (5/5)

Absolutely fantastic. I love it. Definitely the best of the bridge builder games I’ve played on the App Store. - Lendaddy88

Perfect Fusion (5/5)

It’s like Bridge Constructor and Portal did a DBZ-style fusion to make a perfect game. Witty, brash, challenging, and best of all, worth every penny. I love when I get a great game at an upfront price. Pay for play is a terrible model. This game rocks, please make and expansion or BC Portal 2! - Ryan McGuffey

A few fixes and this game will go from good to great! (3/5)

I love the Portal series. The graphics and style of this game make me feel like I’m playing a Portal game. But many times I find the Test button not working, that needs to be fixed. Also, it would be great if Johnson had a part in narrating the game. The difficultly ramps up fairly quick and it can be a little confusing how to get through some levels. I want to love this game but so far I just like it. - PBOY GID

Amazing game (4/5)

This game is amazing. Especially for portal fans. My only gripe is that on iPad iOS 10.3.3 the sound doesn't work. It works on my iPhone X iOS 11.2.6. I prefer playing it on the larger screen, though. - daflicksta

Really Good Game (5/5)

I like to play building games like this. They did good worth five bucks. - Sweaty balls12345678910

I can’t put this down! (5/5)

To the developers, I really never play mobile games. I usually stick to my consoles and just check social media on my phone, but WOW! This game is so fun. I really can not put my phone down. I picked it up because I really like portal, but now I want to try all of the other bridge constructor games. The game has good humor and works great on a mobile device! I can’t wait to see the next mashup y’all can come up with! - Timj50

Great Game! (5/5)

I love the continuous puzzle solving and problems! Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Bruce - Red stone master

5* if I could sync across devices (4/5)

LOVE this game, and I think my 9yo will as well. Only way to make this better is to sync across devices. But great work! - thephatp

Great but missing out on the portal experience (2/5)

No sound in game. - Booooo Wendy

Incredibly Clever and Innovative!!! (5/5)

This game is amazing! The possibilities are endless! To combine bridge building with portals is such a unique way to get the most out of each level. I have always been a fan of bridge building games so I was excited when this game came out! I really hope they keep adding new levels and updates! This game is well worth the money if you are a fan of physics and bridge builders. Also, the dialogue in-game is very funny and clever, making you actually want to read what the story has to say. So far I have no complaints about this game and I hope the developers pay themselves on the back for this one and continue to add levels onto this game over time, it would also be cool to see different difficulties with heavier vehicles or maybe the vehicles carry heavier cargo. I recommend this game to anyone and everyone! Jesse K. - Savage_JJ

Fun! (5/5)

This game is immensely fun. I have not laughed so hard from a bad design ever. Humor built into the game which is just awesome. For those think that this is portal 3? Really? - aloshka09

iCloud sync, please! (3/5)

Okay, first of all, the game is great. I bought the desktop version and was instantly addicted. However, when I bought the iPhone version so I could continue playing when I’m away from my computer, I was disappointed to find out that the save game wouldn’t sync with the desktop version. You have to start the entire game from the beginning. Devs, please add an option for iCloud sync! - bender_unit

Love this game! (5/5)

Currently my favorite app, loved playing portal and enjoy bridge construction type games, glad to hear the voice from the original game and I love the music selection as well! sounds like the band explosions in the sky - IPAhole00

Awesomely challenging (5/5)

Not only is it fun, my sons and I can challenge each other to see who can build better at a lower hypothetical cost. Serious fun with an engineering twist. - Riptetoe

Great Game (5/5)

This is a fully-fledged puzzle gaming experience...with a nice, Valve-y sheen. The gameplay has the same addicting, one-more-time fun that portal does. The Portal IP meshes very well with the Bridge Constructor mechanics. Definitely worth the money! - Cory555

Cloud save optional! (3/5)

I have the game on my phone and iPad. I played for a few hours yesterday on my phone then my kids started playing on the iPad. My game was over written by my kids and now we can’t play the game without over writing each other. Very frustrating! I’ve disabled Game Center on my phone but the saved game reload prompt still hits me. ****Please Devs make it stop saving and over writing games! Give ME the option to disable it and save locally!**** - Binaryspiral

Amazing (5/5)

Played 13 levels so far. Game is exactly what I hoped it would be, I love it. - brsjdjhdidd

A puzzle game... BUT PORTAL!!! (5/5)

I have been excited to play this game especially as a Portal fan, and it makes sense to make this a real game because this is a puzzle centered game like Portal has been itself. - Brickmasterjosh2075

So addicting, fun, and strategically stimulating. (5/5)

Makes remember why I loved the original games so much, think I wanna go back to those too. - eastwiq

Portal Bridge (1/5)

Needs regular Bug Fix updates Needs easier tests Needs stability improvements updates Needs Better graphics Needs higher resolution HD 1080P Needs 60fps Needs to show device battery in game Needs device battery drainage fix from game - Bigjim12345

Awesome🎬🎹🎼🎧 (5/5)

I have been waiting for this game knowing full well it would be perfect for iPad and it is. I love it - fade2black1027

Lots of fun, except when it loses your save data (1/5)

My first review was great, then I installed it on another device and lost ALL save data. Not cool. - sirpogo

Very fun - makes me want to be in construction! :) (5/5)

I love Valve and Half-Life, and Portal was so fun when it came out. I love puzzles, and now I can have a Portal-themed game on my phone and/or iPad! I prefer to use on my phone so I can play on the go. All the humour of GLaDOS is there, this time with an Aperture employee. Keep in mind this is a bridge-building game, and not the same type of puzzles as in the original first-person games, but they are just as exciting, albeit in a different way. You have to ensure that you use clever use of physics and structural engineering to make sure your fellow employees don't fall in the green goo. Spoiler alert: it melts them! :'( I don't usually write reviews because I can be lazy but I want to get the word out so the developers can update content and add more levels over time. It's a lot of fun and I find myself playing more and more. Thanks for a really cool game! - Max M. - Icemax75

Started this thinking it was fun, but it’s not (1/5)

This game brought back some portal nostalgia for the first few levels. Then it was just a boring grind to play. The levels are just so excruciatingly boring!! I am on level 13 and it feels like a chore to play. It’s not a hard game at all, just pointless. You don’t feel any sense of accomplishment after successfully solving the puzzles, and the experience of solving is the worst part! If you are buying this game because you loved the original Portal games, you’re going to be disappointed. - Opayq89

Totally Addicting! (5/5)

Thought provoking and entertaining. - notarigger

Decent (3/5)

This game is... meh. The portal themes are great and GLaDOS’ commentary is fun, but i found that the game started out fun, but then became tedious and headache inducing with the later levels. After level thirty I stopped having fun, the game became a chore to play and I never left it feeling good. The bridge mechanics are overly precise, moving one node to the left will cause everything to fall apart and although this level of precision sounds great, it can be really irritating. I love puzzle games, especially portal 1 and 2, but this game was kind of disappointing. Also I got really annoyed with the loading times, I’ve played fully 3D games on ios that have shorter load times than this and it spends way too much time trying to sync to the internet. Not to mention when it just decides to crash for no reason, but these weren’t HUGE issues, but they didn’t make my experience with the game anymore enjoyable. The games decent if you have a head for engineering and like hard games, but I personally didn’t enjoy it and professionally didn’t find it all that engaging. - Indicidian

Well done! (5/5)

The original BC was fun, but it lacked character. BC Portal fixes that. Great fusion between two great games! - Kilbs8008

Poly Bridge but Portal (5/5)

A great Poly Bridge type game. Even better sense it’s Portal themed - Alien2835

Bridge portal (4/5)

This game is awesome I would recommend that you buy this game it’s not like your average bridge building simulator, you actually get to use as much material as you want and there is no budget limit - snow6286

Love it! (5/5)

But can we haz Portal 3 pl0x? ): - Awesome sauce 474748383

Great (5/5)

Super fun! - Jukingjobba

High Five for Portal. (5/5)

I have not been disappointed by any of the Portal games so far and this one continues the tradition. - ZSHOCK

Wow (5/5)

I haven’t had any portal games before but this is AMAZING. I mean, who wouldn’t like to shoot around golf carts. - DanThaeMan

Awesome Game!! (5/5)

More levels please! - Ryuujinusa

Great game but... (4/5)

I love the game but for $5 why the hell can I not download it on my iPad if I got it on my iPhone? For $5 I would say I should get it free for my iPad. - Chef No Hands
